An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the HR department as a Bank Audio Typist where you will be contributing towards the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service through the provision of audio typing, general administration and word processing duties.

You will be required to transcribe and provide a note taking service where tape recording is not feasible.


The successful post holder will be required to transcribe confidential audio recordings in a timely and efficient manner and/or act as a note taker in confidential meetings, taking clear and concise notes, ensuring that parties present in the meeting read and sign the notes.

To take and forward messages as appropriate.

Provide support with all office administration such as filing, photocopying.

To plan and prioritise own workload effectively and efficiently using time management skills.

Responsible for safe use and storage of office equipment, including recording equipment.

Setting up and maintaining all templates, etc for letters, transcripts and note taking.

Compile information packs for employee relations investigations/hearings/appeals or other meetings as required.
