Salary:
Up to £42,000 depending upon experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Quality and completeness review of IRs and CRs through the change process
  • Supporting Change Boards as required, including deputising as PCB and CEB Secretary
  • Creating programmelevel Change KPIs
  • Analysing KPIs and monitoring remedial activities
  • Driving process workflows to ensure change objects are at required processstates
  • Providing support / guidance to all stakeholders on the change lifecycle and process
  • Assisting with forecasting of change and measurement against forecasts
  • Management of any emergent / unplanned tactical activities
  • Identification of key LFE events and approach to implementation

Your skills and experiences:

  • Extensive experience within Project controls reporting or a change controller role
  • Analytical & Data manipulation skills and toolsets (Sempre or other Toolsets)
  • Manage the process through a number of Stakeholders at various levels
  • Understanding of the Engineering Management lifecycle, within Engineering projects is desirable

The Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Change Management Team:
Responsible for leading Change activity in the Canada programme, reporting to the CSC Change Manager.

The individual in this role will co-ordinate the embodiment of all CSC changes, liaising with Engineering, Planning, Project Management and Supply Chain.
