Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Security Officer. This role will involve delivering a range of security services across all areas of the site.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a wider security team to provide security cover at the Sheffield Forgemasters site on a 24hour, 7day week basis.
  • Follow all company security policies & procedures under the direction and instruction of departmental management.
  • Providing security to access points.
  • Security patrols.
  • Emergency / Incident Response.
  • Alarm Monitoring.
  • Monitoring and reporting on security systems.

About You
The following relevant skills, knowledge and experience are required.

  • Security Qualification i.e. SIA Licence.
  • Minimum 1 year's previous security experience.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • IT literate (MS Office suite).
  • Security Gatehouse experience.
  • Site security patrolling experience.
  • Visitor Reception experience.

Days/Hours of Work
Ave. of 42 hours p/w. 12 hour shifts Monday - Sunday 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
