Responsibilities include adding, updating, and deleting settlement instructions as per clients' requests. Collaboration with other CITI stakeholders, especially FX Operations, is crucial to ensure timely and accurate execution of clients' trades across various currency cut-offs during the working day.The Data Services Analyst role is an entry-level position that requires knowledge of processes, procedures, systems, and basic concepts. The successful candidate will interact with team members to achieve common objectives, analyze data to make informed decisions, and provide high-quality service. The role contributes directly to the team's success by delivering tasks effectively with limited business impact.What you'll do
  • Maintain clients' settlement instructions for FX trading activities
  • Conduct trend analysis, identify root causes, and propose solutions based on analysis
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure data quality
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Lead ad-hoc projects from start to finish
  • Present measurable metrics to Management
  • Evaluate risks in decision-making processes, emphasizing compliance with laws and regulations
What we'll need from you
  • Manage various data remediation work streams and projects
  • Experience in maintaining client data in a capital markets environment
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary
  • Preferably hold qualifications related to financial services
  • Hold a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
