High-level IT strategy definition based on business strategy inputs (technology & operations)nTechnology strategy definition across DC, cloud, EUC and networkingnOperational strategy definition based on customer's tech footprint (think team structures, reporting, responsibilities, ...)nTechnology dependency guidance across large programs, ensuring multiple projects link-in project wise as well as technically (working alongside a program manager)nScope definition based on business requirements (new DCs, cloud migrations, XaaS migrations, M&A, divestments, ...)
