Management Assistant Graduate Programme

This six-month programme is designed to develop your talents and equip you with the skills needed to excel in business management. You'll undergo comprehensive training, gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in various business areas. Our industry-leading experts will guide you through immersive training sessions, providing insights into effective business practices and real-world project scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and practical exercises to enhance your business management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Work alongside seasoned professionals on real-world projects and initiatives, contributing your insights and ideas to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to support events and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong academic background with a focus on business skills and knowledge applicable to the consulting industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
