Sand / Spray Operative

Role
- Prepare product using two pack filler and sanding to a highquality finish.
- Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce products according to specifications
- Always follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in spraying beneficial but not essential
- Be willing and able to learn new skills
- Capable of working under pressure while continuing to achieve a highquality standard
- Forward thinking
- Be able to take the initiative
- Fast paced to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining our professional standard
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be punctual and willing to do overtime
- Successful applicants will be trained in all aspects of the paint shop
- Be flexible in your approach to all aspects of the paint shop
Job Types:

From £12.80 per hour
