Role

  • Prepare product using two pack filler and sanding to a highquality finish.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce products according to specifications
  • Always follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy environment

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in spraying beneficial but not essential
  • Be willing and able to learn new skills
  • Capable of working under pressure while continuing to achieve a highquality standard
  • Forward thinking
  • Be able to take the initiative
  • Fast paced to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining our professional standard
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be punctual and willing to do overtime
  • Successful applicants will be trained in all aspects of the paint shop
  • Be flexible in your approach to all aspects of the paint shop
The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 6am - 6pm with 1-hour unpaid breaks. Starting rate is £12.80 per hour increasing after probation
