We're looking for someone to join The Lazy Hill Tavern Bartenders team, the applicant must have previous experience in this job role but its not essential, the applicant must be confident in working behind the bar, must able to work under pressure & have knowledge of drink making

start date is immediate.

Responsibilities:_

  • Provide exceptional customer service to bar patrons
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area

Skills:_

  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
  • Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of food and beverages
  • Bartending experience, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, assisting other staff members as needed
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including taking orders and processing payments
