We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our client, a market leader in the water industry, for a role based covering the Anglian Water region.
This position will oversee site operations within the Anglian Water framework, ensuring the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects on-site.
As a pivotal figure in our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Leading and managing site teams, including direct employees and subcontractors, to ensure exceptional safety and quality standardsBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with site teams, clients, and other key stakeholders
Monitoring site progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals
Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction sites, preferably within the water industry
Familiarity with Construction Contracts, particularly NEC and/or IChemE
Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety regulations
Previous experience in water and wastewater treatment plants (an advantage)
