Telephone Collections Advisor (Call centre) Salary - £20,500 OTE of £24,000 to £27,000

Our mission is to support the firm in delivering excellent customer service to ensure the needs and expectations of our Clients and that consumers are satisfied.
- As a Contact Centre Collections Advisor your daytoday will include;
- Establishing the consumer's ability to pay.
- Processing payments and payments arrangements.
- Handling general file queries.
- Sending out financial statements, evidence and response packs.
- Working with vulnerable consumers in line with the firm's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Contact Centre experience (or similar environment).
- Mathematics and English to a satisfactory level.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Collections experience in a consumer environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (desirable).
- An excellent telephone manner throughout inbound and outbound services.
- Confident negotiating skills.
- The ability to handle different consumer types.
