The post holder will support and deliver inclusive and person-centred opportunities for adults with a learning disability with complex and / or challenging needs within community specialised building provision and other community settings.

They will enable adults to take part in meaningful activities, which meets their assessed needs, promoting independence, well-being, inclusion and choice and control.
