This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and is willing to succeed in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities include;

  • Resourcing and allocating operatives to projects
  • Maintaining the company databases (uploading files and updating information)
  • Working alongside the manager and office staff.
  • Answering the mobile, office phone and responding to text messages
  • Dealing with queries
  • Upkeep of operative documents
  • Filing away paperwork
  • Logging new jobs on the system
Key skills;

  • Essential knowledge of Microsoft packages is required
  • Resourceful and capable of working as a team member
  • Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Able to multi task
  • Working under pressure in a busy office
9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
