Deliver operational goals in line with corporate strategy including OTIF, budget, quality safety, people development, capability# Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters
# Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
# Be the company's main advisor on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure the company maintains its competitive position
# Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care
