Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking leader to join our Executive Committee and leadership team as the Director of SHEQ Operations. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of our Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Technical Training functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the execution of our SHEQ policies, procedures, and culture programs across the business to ensure the integrated management systems (IMS) are effective on all projects and locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations with a continuous improvement approach being adopted.
- Performance Management: Set ambitious SHEQ performance targets, monitor progress, and ensure accurate reporting. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of SHEQ governance and enhance our industry reputation.
- Change Management: Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders to drive successful change management initiatives. Sustainability/ESG IEMA certified desired with experience of leading quality and training functions.
