As the Senior Manager, Regulatory Accountabilities, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) and Conduct to establish an integrated Accountability Framework that facilitates strategic decision-making in a simplified yet robust manner. Your role will involve overseeing the framework, advising on responsibilities allocation, and enhancing connectivity and escalation processes for effective governance.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a trusted advisor on operational compliance with SMCR regulatory requirements
  • Oversee compliance by relevant UK entities with SMCR and conduct rules
  • Support the development of training programs on SMCR and Conduct Rules
  • Review and assess delivery mechanisms and processes for continuous improvement
  • Engage with external stakeholders such as the PRA and FCA
Requirements:
  • Relevant years' experience in industry or regulatory roles
  • Degree in a legal or financial discipline
  • Strong regulatory and legal expertise with leadership skills
  • Excellent analysis, design, and problem-solving abilities
