Are you passionate about fostering inclusive communities and empowering individuals to shape their mental health support services? Working Together Better (WTB) is seeking a Community Engagement and Co-Production Lead to champion co-production, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across our partnership.

This is your chance to make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in Kirklees.


Working Together Better (WTB) is a collaborative effort of VCSE charities, entrusted with the mission of delivering accessible, well-integrated mental health services tailored to the diverse needs of adults in Kirklees.

We're dedicated to working closely with individuals, communities, and statutory mental health services to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.


If you have

  • A solid understanding of coproduction and approaches.
  • Experience of community engagement, particularly with marginalised communities.
  • Experience of collating and analysing data in order to make recommendations.
  • An understanding of the impact of health inequalities.
  • Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
