Join our Adult Community Learning team to deliver accredited ESOL courses across Blaenau Gwent, making a difference in the community by empowering adults through education.


Full Advert:


Aneurin Leisure, a charitable organization dedicated to enhancing community life, is seeking temporary ESOL tutors for the 2024/25 academic year.

As part of our Adult Community Learning team, you will deliver sessional courses designed to help adults improve their English language skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of accredited ESOL courses to adults.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and select appropriate resources to meet the needs of learners and awarding bodies.
  • Utilize blended and remote learning approaches when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or higher teaching qualification.
  • Subjectspecific qualification in ESOL.
  • Working knowledge of digital learning platforms and eportfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate adult learners.
  • Flexible approach to teaching.
