As a Psychology Graduate, you'll play a pivotal role in our SEN department, providing invaluable support and guidance to children who need it most.
What you'll bring to the table: Expertise in Psychology:Your deep understanding of child development and behavior will be instrumental in tailoring interventions and strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students
Empathy and Patience:
You'll demonstrate empathy and patience in abundance, building strong rapport with children and their families to foster a supportive and nurturing environment
Educational Support:
Utilize your knowledge to support teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting teaching methods, and providing additional resources to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive
Inclusive Mindset:
Champion inclusivity and diversity within our school community, celebrating the unique strengths and talents of each child
Analytical Skills:
Your keen analytical skills will enable you to assess student progress, identify areas for development, and collaborate with colleagues to implement effective interventions
Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide one-on-one support to students who may need additional help or guidance. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
Assist with classroom management tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
Requirements: A degree in education or a related field is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
