We are seeking applications for the IQA Teacher to start in October 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in delivering IQA in our Voluntary Controlled Islamic School. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to upholding the Islamic ethos of the school and will need to have excellent knowledge of the Quran, Islam and Arabic

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience of delivering Quran and Arabic.
  • has a track record of successfully teaching children from EYFS to KS2 ensuring all children make good progress.
  • has a good knowledge of the Islamic, Quranic and Arabic curriculum and assessment.
  • is able to work closely with other IQA staff.
  • is able to teach a whole class and 1:1.

    This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
