We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant/Property Administrator to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to HMO refurbishments Nottingham Ltd supporting the director.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

You will be liaising with contractors, Architects and building regulations, mortgage providers and solicitors. The individual needs to be self-motivated with strong organisation skills.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator
  • Sending out quotes and statements
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and tradesmen
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency and excel/word.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excel and word confident
