Supporting with the administration of day-to-day tasks to maintain the Learning Hub, you'll need a good eye for detail and be able to multi-task and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills to enable you to build relationships with key Learning & Development (L&D) Team Members across the business.
Day to day you'll be answering queries from business partners, assisting with workshop scheduling, sourcing venues, booking facilitators, and maintaining Team Trackers via excel.
You will be responsible for maintaining the business Learning Hub Workshops/eLearning content and resolving queries, for both internal and external users.

- Managing our Learning Hub to coordinate and advertise workshops across the business.
- Securing venues and inviting facilitators, updating the workshop pages on the LMS
- Taking a proactive approach to problem solving and suggesting improvements to streamline workload or resolve queries/issues.
- Delivering projects and adhoc plans
- Sharing knowledge and maintaining best practice across the team
What Makes You Remarkable
- Good technical capabilities manipulating systems and being able to produce dashboard pages on the Learning Hub from info given via PowerPoint.
- Effective at building relationships with colleagues across the business
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to resolve queries effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be proactive in prioritising work to ensure all deadlines are met
