What you'll be doing:
  • Contributing to our clinical genetics program by developing and benchmarking data processing pipelines, genetic reports, and bespoke data analyses.
  • Transforming raw genomic data from the lab into clinical and research insights, impacting patient lives directly and indirectly.
  • Improving, validating, and benchmarking changes to our production pipelines.
  • Enhancing quality through meticulous documentation and automated testing.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of participant results, turning lab data into actionable insights for patients.
  • Identifying and integrating novel analysis methods , datasets, and experimental approaches into our platform.
???? This job is for you if you:
  • Hold an advanced degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field.
  • Have experience with bioinformatic pipelines for genomic data processing.
  • Are knowledgeable about standard bioinformatic data formats and reference datasets.
  • Possess strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python. Experience with Nextflow, SQL, and/or R is desirable.
  • Excel in communication, able to convey complex bioinformatic concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Are passionate about contributing to cutting-edge research and influencing patient outcomes.
Even better if you have:
  • A track record of developing and managing successful bioinformatic pipelines.
  • Experience in research and development initiatives within clinical genetics.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
