You will be selling our legal service to customers already in the process of buying or selling a property. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A SALES ADVISOR

To sell the benefits of Simplify conveyancing to clients referred by our member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates

Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads:

Answering inbound calls:

Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets
OUR HIRING PROCESS:
- You've checked out our job ad
- If selected, you come meet our lovely team and we discuss the finer details
- In some cases, we might invite you for a second interview
- If successful, we make the offer and get the ball rolling
- Your friends come on over and you earn a sweet referral bonus for each one
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales experience in a sales role
- Able to commute to the St Ives area of Cambridge
- Self
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
