VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major Property Company with the Recruitment of a Client Executive to join their growing and dynamic team at their Belfast Office.

Salary - £28,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package

Hours - Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

To proactively develop a property portfolio; taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of both clients and their properties.

Provide a customer focused service that is clear, concise and accurate. The ultimate aim is to not just meet, but exceed the customer and staff expectations.
Retain existing customer base and recruitment new developments; maximizing the revenue generated through fees, commissions and technical management charges

Proactively liaise with colleagues to ensure sufficient cash flow for each development and that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion and are well communicated with all stakeholders.


Essential:
Previous experience of working as a CRM
At least 3 years in this industry
A Proven track record of success
