Company & Project:
Apple Technical Recruitment are working in close partnership with an award winning Main Contractor with a number of projects in East Anglia who have a unique opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
Due to a strong period of successful contract awards, they require an exceptional construction professional to work in a key role in their business structure, with the opportunity to lead a team of surveyors and multiple projects between £5-£15m.
You will also be expected to report at a senior level to directors and help build the team and overall growth of the office.
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior or Managing QS on projects to c£15m+ .
- Excellent negotiation skills and previous experience with commercial reporting.
- Contract knowledge to include JCT D&B.
- Previous Roles: Senior Quantity Surveyor OR Managing QS OR Senior QS OR Quantity Surveyor OR Principal Quantity Surveyor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree or HNC or BTEC in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
