THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to sit within the Brand Marketing stream.

The specialist will work alongside the Brand Director and Head of Communications to drive brand awareness through a strategic global program of exciting and creative campaigns and brand experiences.

This role will be key in executing brand campaigns, projects and launches across all markets within a multichannel framework, drawing synergy across all business functions.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work collaboratively with the Brand Director and Head of Communications to implement the global strategic brand marketing plan according to business objectives to advance the brand identity, broaden awareness of our business and our services and increase the visibility of our brand overall across a global audience.
  • Team lead for the Brand Marketing stream.
  • Management, planning and execution of strategic brand partnerships with key media platforms, agencies and brand partners.
  • Ownership of marketing strategy for flagship boutique and inhouse restaurant, Native At Browns, to include ownership of Boutiques Destination to deliver a 360 experience for clients online.
  • Use your creative flair to develop comprehensive and engaging 360 campaign overview documents capturing all touchpoints or brand campaigns from creative concepts to marketing strategies.
  • Build, leverage and nurture external relationships with brand partners, acting as an ambassador, ensuring partnerships and collaborations are executed to a high standard, and communicated internally to the wider business.
  • Brand lead for our customer loyalty programme, The Club, leading on partnerships strategy with an aim to drive client acquisition globally.
  • Ownership of Brand Marketing annual budget with support from Junior Brand Marketing Specialist on all PO's and invoicing for the team.
  • Partner with all crosschannel functions across the business, building meaningful relationships and ensuring brand initiatives and campaigns are executed effectively and consistently across all channels.
  • Ownership of the global communications and launch calendar to ensure all business functions and key stakeholders are updated regularly.
  • Work in collaboration with our buying teams in the execution and planning of seasonal messaging to ensure the tone remains consistent across all multichannel touchpoints.
  • Support the Brand Community Specialist to implement the brand ambassador program. Identifying and building relationships with key talent within the Browns network to generate collaborative content across brand engagement, social media, ecommerce, communications and editorial.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of post campaign reports alongside the Junior Brand Marketing Specialist and Brand Community Specialist, underlining key learnings and takeaways to be distributed to the business.
