**The Block Property Manager will be responsible for: - **- Carrying out property inspections & produce reports

  • Arranging for PPM, general maintenance and upkeep of the common areas
  • Dealing with contractors, obtaining quotes for works and managing service budgets
  • Attending EGM's, AGM's, Directors and Residents meetings
  • Ensuring developments are insured and handling insurance claims
  • Dealing with any breaches of the lease
  • Using your strong administration, communication and people skills to deal with all related administration, correspondence and customer complaints.

The AIRPM Qualification is essential for this role.
