What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for following the endtoend recruitment process
  • Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Manager with developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agreeing the strategy with hiring manager
  • Take responsibility where required for the design of endtoend resourcing plans which meet requirements for graduate campaign
  • Organise and facilitate virtual or facetoface interviews
  • Ensuring the Early Careers Recruitment Manager is constantly aware of any relevant issues

What do I need to succeed in this role?

_ Must haves:
_

  • Inhouse/RPO recruitment experience
  • Early Careers experience
  • An understanding of Graduate recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g. job profiling, campus attraction, selection and assessment)
  • Experience in developing and delivering endtoend recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
  • Thorough understanding of legislation affecting an area of work (e.g. age discrimination)
  • Excellent experience in building trust relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience of project ownership & coordination
  • Exposure of client engagement at all levels

_Nice to haves:
_

  • Experience in working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
  • Professional Services experience
