Due to the expansion of our business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Retford town centre.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a warm & genuine manner (face to face interaction).
  • Maintain effective sales tracker.
  • Nurture relationships with customers.
  • To build and maintain relationships with local Funeral Directors.
  • Taking payments.
  • General admin tasks.
  • Keeping shop clean & presentable at all times.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a public facing sales role ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and take effective action.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Available to work weekends.
Any previous bereavement/funeral industry experience would be beneficial, however not essential.

Full training will be provided.

Wage:
National Minimum
