An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and hard working person to join the Paediatric administration team across 3 hospital sites at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.


We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join this department, this post is part time, offering 4 days a week with flexible weekend cover essential.


You will be providing effective and efficient clerical and reception support to the Paediatric outpatient department - ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users.

Experience of working in hospitals, is desirable, as is an interest in working with a multidisciplinary teams to ensure services run smoothly.


The post requires the successful applicant to focus on:

  • Effective delivery of clerical and reception duties for the outpatient department.
  • Work closely with administration teams to develop a cohesive and inclusive environment
  • Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems.
  • Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the clinic.
  • Contribution to positive patient experiences.
