Jeesal Residential Care Services we specialise in providing a caring and nurturing environment to support people with developmental disabilities live fulfilling lives.

This role will include covering Day shifts, Evening shifts, Sleep-ins and Waking Nights.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the rights of people.
  • Understand what is means to be a support worker.
  • Understand care home legislation in the UK.
  • Work in a care home.
  • Communicate respectfully with other staff members and service users.
  • Be compassionate and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Follow all regulations for safeguarding and infection control.
  • Learn about health care and hygiene procedures.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Be willing to complete training.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
