Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Coach and support colleagues to deliver exceptional support, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring the unique needs and goals of each individual are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
