About the Role:
Our client is seeking a visionary CEO to lead their dynamic team and steer their mission in revolutionizing the Web3 banking sector. This position presents an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned executive from a leading Web3 or crypto project to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultural Leadership: Cultivate a company culture that mirrors the essence of Web3 and blockchain technology, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a decentralized mindset.
  • Board Interface: Act as the primary liaison with the board of directors, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on strategic goals.
  • Team Building: Establish and lead a top-notch management team, including an Operational Manager, to oversee daily operations while aligning with long-term objectives.
  • Partnerships & Compliance: Forge strategic partnerships, navigate regulatory landscapes, and implement robust risk management practices for compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Community Engagement: Participate actively in Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions and offline events to connect with the community, enhance transparency, and discuss company updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A successful track record at a prominent Web3 or crypto company, showcasing the ability to drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Profound understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities, with a knack for fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking company culture.
