If so we have the perfect role for youMKM are looking to take on a Credit Controller Apprentice to help strengthen their ever growing team.

You will need to have great numeracy and customer service skills to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • To prioritise and action daily workload to achieve agreed targets
  • Build relationships with customers and branch directors and their teams to facilitate exchange of information.
  • To ensure that the status and notes on all accounts are kept up to date
  • Prepare written correspondence as necessary regarding customer accounts.
  • Complete and distribute reports as required
  • Provide support and advice to
    MKM branches regarding customer accounts.
  • Any other tasks as directed, which are reasonable within the scope of the role.

You will also learn to:

  • Maintain and update Insurance Information as required
  • Maintain and update Insolvency information as required
  • Maintain and update Risk requirements for online payments
  • Maintain and Update Legal information as required
  • Credit Risk Scoring of New Applications
  • Skills Knowledge & Experience
  • Computer literate with a high attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Strong Communication skills
  • An interest in administration within a financial environment
