Credit Control Opportunity
**About the Role**
Edwards & Pearce is working with an international client to source an experienced Credit Controller. The ideal candidate will have a proven history working within credit control, including managing high volume debtor lists. They will be confident in forging and developing business relationships to retrieve debt, and possess strong negotiating skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assess initial risk and solve queries related to credit control
* Proactively manage the reduction of the company's outstanding debt
* Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the credit procedure
* Identify, investigate, and resolve all issues with client accounts
* Accurately complete administration and debtor reports related to credit control
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in credit control, including managing high volume debtor lists
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to maintain accurate customer contact, payments, and records
* Credit knowledge to successfully resolve account irregularities
