Morgan Hunt is working with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a CRM Lead on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).
The Role:
- Develop digital customer relationship management strategy and approach to manage existing relationships and develop new customers within the British, international travel industry and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with industry and stakeholder facing teams to develop and deliver B2B CRM strategy and processes, as well as action plans for customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Provide the environment and culture to enable staff across the business to develop and share an indepth understanding of our customers and our customer interactions
- Provide the operational support required to deliver and optimise the organisational stakeholder strategy which determines the focus of CRM activity.
- Develop and facilitate complex crossfunctional internal relationships and, where appropriate, external partnership relationships to ensure agreed objectives and KPI's are delivered/maintained.
- Lead and develop the CRM team through a matrix management structure, working closely with CRM Senior Digital Product Manager (Digital Department) and the CRM second line support team (IT Department).
- Introduce new technology/processes and help colleagues embrace and adopt new technology and ways of thinking about technology.
- Determination of budgetary allocations within the department.
- Develops, manages and reviews the annual CRM budgets with Digital Product Manager.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering CRM strategies for a business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS word and PowerPoint for the purpose of creating both verbally and visually engaging reports and presentations for CRM management, collaborating personnel, and key stakeholders.
- Strong matrix management experience up to Director level.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Change management experience (desirable).
- Familiar with the UK tourism industry with political awareness of how armslength bodies function (desirable).
- Experience in global working (desirable).
Details:
- 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover)
- Up to 60,000 dependent on experience
- Remote role travel may be required into London for meetings when required
- The right to work in the UK no sponsorship can be provided
