As a Sustainability Program Manager within the GPO team, your role will be crucial in integrating social responsibility and environmental sustainability into our procurement processes.

Your task is to ensure that our supply chain not only meets but surpasses global standards for ethical conduct, human rights, and environmental preservation, with a specific focus on Scope 3 emissions.

We are seeking an individual who can enhance operational excellence by assisting with compliance tasks and ensuring that our processes meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and communicate program policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams to align goals and roadmaps.
  • Provide high-quality written and verbal input for team communications and business reviews.
  • Manage the Sustainability budget and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
