More about the role and what we need from you,

  • Working 23 days per week (days to be confirmed later).
  • Travel to customers sites, using own vehicle, and manage daily workloads set by the office, in line with customer expectations.
  • Carry out site inspections, risk assessments and review of client documentation. This could be Fire, Legionella, Disability Access and Health and safety.
  • Produce risk assessment reports using the company software in a timely manner with attention to detail.
  • Identify remedial actions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Use of own mobile device with data is essential.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Fire Risk Assessing: 3 years (required)

  • Health &
Safety Risk Assessing: 3 years (required)
Legionella Risk Assessing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (required)
