The post holder will work as a member of the Clinical Education Team and carry out administrative tasks to support the team.
Providing comprehensive administration support to the Placement Hub, and Practice Education Facilitators, who support our student nurses and AHP's on placement at the Trust.
Working as part of the Practice Education team being the first point of contact for any queries coming into the office.
- Provide generic and specialist administrative support to the Workforce Education Team as and when required, to be an integral part of the team, covering other duties when required.
- To be the first point of contact for the PEF (Practice Education Facilitator) administration office and to deal with internal and external enquiries, redirecting calls to the appropriate staff.
- To assist with the data inputting needs of the Team as and when required
- To arrange, coordinate and facilitate Inductions, Training days, Forums and Meetings as required, including, taking minutes, circulation of agendas and other supporting documents, including the production of information packs, leaflets and other information.
- Ensure that information and/or work requested from PEFs or others is received in a timely and accurate manner.
