Duties include:

  • PA support to allocated Executives
  • Helping with diary management
  • Booking meetings
  • Finding and booking restaurants and venues
  • Processing expenses
  • Greeting visitors
  • HR Admin
  • Arrange interviews
  • Support the onboarding process
  • Help arrange and coordinate events
  • Support the smooth running of the office.
