About the role
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing and reporting for the company.

They will support the Senior Data Analyst to ensure on-time accurate reports are provided to management in order to support the sales and compliance teams to meet their targetsand KPI's.

They will propose and develop new reports and analysis in line with internal and external demands

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review databases and data collection systems to ensure clean and concise datasets
  • Monitor and propose internal KPIs in line with the needs of key stakeholders across the business
  • Utilise a range of tools/software to distribute data and reports across the business
  • Support in the management of automated report generation process, including the creation of new reports to be distributed across the business
  • Create internal and external MI Reporting in line with healthcare framework agreements for manager approval
  • Utilise a range of tools/software to distribute data and reports across the business
  • Develop dashboards working with data analytics tools and other systems to blend data to create reports for internal and external use, for manager approval
  • Analyse data for the recruitment of Temporary and Permanent workers with a main focus on public sector supply (NHS)
  • Collate monthly sales data to provide accurate commission and bonus figures for employees

Key Skills

  • 2 years minimum experience as a Data analyst
  • SQL / TSQL
  • Excel VBA
  • SSRS
