Connect Appointments are searching for a Warehouse Marshaller position available with our premium client in the Sunderland area. This is a full-time ongoing role, to join a well-known and established company.

Working as a Warehouse Marshaller:

  • Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm
- £14.52 per hour

As a Warehouse Marshaller, your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Transporting finished parts to dispatch/final assembly, collecting parts from stores etc.
  • Help with the smooth running of the department by supplying fitters with equipment like oil drums etc.
  • Prepare complete jobs for transportation
  • Preservation of parts for storage
  • Safe/secure transport of all parts and complete jobs
  • Safe use of chains/slings for lifting operations
  • Upkeep of all associated paperwork

The desired skills, experience and qualifications of a Warehouse Marshaller include:

  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Thoroughness
  • High quality principles
  • Cleanliness
  • Very exact and accurate work approach
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Reliable

Salary:
£14.52 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sunderland, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Counterbalance Licence (required)
