To support and coordinate all FM services within an allocated building / region ensuring that the area is set up and ready for business allowing the BBC team members to focus on delivering their key objectives.

To promote and manage customer expectations, develop, and maintain excellent relationships with all customers' particularly key clients.

Provide the highest levels of customer service in all aspects of the role be someone who strives to continually provide a quality service over and above the customer's expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and sign in subcontractors as per PPM schedule
  • Issue subcontractor / visitors passes or Permit to Work / Authority to Work
  • Fulfil all reasonable requests from both visitors & BBC employees to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety
  • Be aware of what's happening in the building to help provide appropriate information to guests & visitors
  • Coordination of all FM services in your designated areas and take real ownership of this area of responsibility
  • Ensure all tasks are logged with the helpdesk and a record of all tasks is kept up to date and managed through to completion
  • Run and monitor reports daily to ensure target SLA performance.
  • General administrative support, communication and hosting as required
  • To act as central control in the event of evacuation and emergencies of the building if they occur when you are on the site
  • Access pass management to ensure control
    , allocation, issue and return of access passes
  • Lead the coordination of Clients meeting room and event space requirements
  • Support RFM in delivering & recording of onsite training to blue collar workers including but not limited to, Toolbox Talks, Business mandatory training, skill specific training
  • Customer Service Delivery

First Aid Certified
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience in an FM / Customer Service Delivery field

Experience:

  • Fire Warden & Fire Precaution Training
  • Demonstrate use of Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Lotus Notes
  • Ability to display excellent customer service skills, with genuine concern for both internal and external customers
  • Key Management Process as required
  • Reports & month end figures correlation
  • Customer Focused

Skills required:

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Good planning, organisational and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible and a sense of teamwork is essential
  • Excellent client relationship building skills
  • Methodical worker & record keeping
  • Ability to work within team but selfmotivated to work unsupervised when required.
  • To be able to work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines is essential
  • Sound Health and Safety knowledge &/or be willing to undertake a formal qualification.
  • Selfmotivated, resourceful, and resilient
  • Understanding business and operational needs
  • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, display sound judgment and coordination.
  • Must be IT literate
  • Provide adaptable support and operation input to the Sites RFM
  • Flexible approach to work to support business
  • Understanding of sitespecific records & admin support for month end reports
