Holidays Compliance Assistant

With 110 holiday cottages and more coming online, it is an exciting role ensuring we operate to the highest level of compliance.
You will work from the office or from home and be supported by another person already in role.You'll understand that our teams have multiple aspects to their roles so from time to time there is the opportunity to visit our beautiful cottages to support completion of compliance activities.
What you'll be doing:
You'll report directly to the Area Manager and communicate directly with the four holiday teams in Cornwall to ensure that a series of compliance tasks over multiple Holidays sites are completed and logged on our compliance tracker system, Vantage.
You will support the Area Manager and the Holidays Managers with their activities, including creating monthly performance reports.You will work collaboratively with a network of Holidays Compliance Co-ordinators across the country to help deliver a consistent approach to compliance in all NT holiday regions.
Who we're looking forWe'd love to hear from you if you have:- A self-start approach to learning and sharing of best practice
- Good team worker with a positive attitude, able to work remotely and on task, as well as being a key contributor to good team spirit
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Microsoft Sharepoint and an ability to pick up and learn new systems, such as the National Trust's Compliance Tracker (Vantage) and other NT database systems
- Ability to collate data and present verbal and written performance reports to a high standard
- Track record of prioritising multiple workstreams and delivering work on time
- Good level of understanding of compliance and risk management in relation to the Indoors Holidays business
