This is a 5BS role.


The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the consistent and timely delivery of Partner and Adviser population movement nationally through the Academy and G&D (Early Years).


You will ensure accuracy and precision of process data and reporting of Early Years measures throughout a recruit's journey, assisting and supporting the Early Years team on delivery and development of the programmes and managing workflows via planning and organisation.


What you'll be doing:

  • Being responsible for the delivery of the recognition milestones throughout the Early Years cohort journey and evaluation reporting of the programme and handover process.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders within Early Years and the wider Operating Model.
  • Being responsible for the quality control across key measurables within Early Years and the monthly reconcile of the cohort population
  • Monitoring and analysis of regular reporting in order to spot trends and irregularities and highlight areas of concern to the Early Years Leadership Team
  • Creating monthly management information packs based on Early Years population and key deliverables.
  • Supporting with operations and management functions to design and implement process and systems changes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

A strong organiser with the following:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with others, internally and externally and with excellent written and verbal communication skills and data presentation skills
  • Strong IT capability including Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel & PowerPoint and basic understanding of PowerBI and Salesforce (Org 1 & Org 2).
  • High attention to detail, working with accuracy and precision and able to work independently, prioritising own workload.
  • A varied and comprehensive knowledge of how all the different roles operate within Early Years and the wider Operating Model.
  • A high degree of problemsolving skills, being able to work effectively with key stakeholders to resolve issues without compromising the recruit experience.

  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings.
  • Subject to the SJP Share Dealing policy and Share Dealing codes due to the access to confidential company information.
