The Job

We are seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team in London. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration.

Your Day-to-Day Role
  • Compensation Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the industry.
  • Analyze salary surveys and benchmarking data to make informed recommendations for salary structures and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits enrollment, changes, and related inquiries.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain compliant and attractive.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits data.
  • Generate regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Utilize HRIS tools to streamline data management processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Partner with HR business partners to understand the unique needs of different departments and tailor compensation and benefits solutions accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to address queries and provide education on compensation and benefits offerings.
Your Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our London office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
