Annual Salary £24,927 to £31,053 (including shift premium) depending on experience PLUS regular overtime at premium rates

The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet's principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Straightening Orthpaedic knees
  • Inspecting Orthpaedic knees to specifications
  • Finishing of cast products
  • Blasting and tie bar removal

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • High manual dexterity
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Experience of similar manufacturing environment (not necessary)
  • Ability to hit targets in fast pace manufacturing environment
  • High level of attention to detail with ability follow quality standards
