**Registration Coordinator
Based near Waterloo
Full time - Hybrid role

Salary up to £28,000 per annum**As Registration Coordinatoryou will work across one or multiple clients and projects, working closely with the client's events team, supporting the Registration Lead and/or Project Lead in the planning, logistics, execution and delivery of all projects assignedto you.


Key Responsibilitie

  • Proactive interaction with the Registration Lead, Project Lead and Client to ensure deliverables are completed timely
  • Handle registration reporting and related tasks
  • Manage audits such as registrations, invitations, and pass allocations
  • Responsible for registration data integrity
  • Manage event inboxes within service level agreements
  • Manage multiple events and event roles simultaneously
  • Travel to attend events internationally (including weekends
  • Handle delegate payments, supplier invoicing and related tasks, when necessary
  • Plan and manage onsite registration processes and deliverables as needed
  • Work with client, suppliers, other vendors and coworkers in multiple locations and time zones
  • Organising, ordering, and managing materials and shipment for onsite
  • Support Registration Lead and/or Project Lead with logistics and administrative tasks

Person Specification

  • 612 months experience in event planning environment preferred
  • Flexible working approach which will include evenings/weekends as needed and away from home/overseas as required
  • A good level of technical skills including database skills and comfortable working in multiple technical environments
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills to include managing concurrent tasks efficiently
  • The ability to work off a timeline and keep the project on track
  • Project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Detail oriented, strong organisational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills, especially MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Fluency or working knowledge of another European language desirable
  • Experience within a marketing agency would be an advantage
