Title: Associate Digital Director - Award-winning Advertising Agency

Location: Central London (hybrid working)

Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading full-service advertising agency as their Associate Digital Director, leading the Digital Activation team. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this opportunity offers the Director the possibility to work on fun and exciting brands. The Director will join a newer team where they'll be able to help shape and lead the team, work on best practices and oversee all digital campaign management as well as client relationships - working across Paid social, PPC, display and programmatic media.

We are searching for a candidate with experience in digital activation (across paid social media - ideally also across digital display and PPC).

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Associate Director will be in a consultative role responsible for heading up key client relationships sitting across 3 client pods.

The Associate Director will be end-to-end responsible for all digital campaigns, overseeing that campaigns are delivered to an excellent standard and in line with budgets and timelines. The Digital Associate Director will take the lead in campaign delivery, and best practices from brief to strategy, buying and implementation.

The Director will take an active role in all aspects of managing and leading a team. And will get involved in new business pitches.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience from a client-facing digital activation role in an agency environment - working on performance-driven digital campaigns, ideally across paid digital channels (digital display, programmatic, paid social and PPC) - the director will need to roll up their sleeves and also be in platform at times.
  • Excellent knowledge of the wider marketing mix.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with a proven track record of building relationships with clients.
  • Experience with leading and developing team members.
  • Must be passionate about the digital industry - ideally also an interest to work on entertainment and gaming brands.
