We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of home care to our many clients within their local communities, and in nurturing our staff to reach their full potential.
Set up as Independent Living facilities, our Extra Care units provide a safe and caring living environment for the residents, leaving them free to come and go as they please.
Our staff are on hand to support them with their daily living requirements.Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns – these include alternate weekends and 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm working hours.
*The role itself is varied, you must be willing to provide the following: · Assist with all personal care needs – washing/dressing/toileting- Medication Support
- Meal Preparation
- Light Domestic duties/shopping when required
- Social and Emotional Support – to include Community outings
- Any additional tasks as needed
You will need to offer:
- Commitment and compassion to the clients and the role itself
- Deliver the highest standard of care, ensuring dignity and respect is shown at all times
- Allow the clients to remain as independent as possible and actively encourage this
- Enjoy working in both a team environment and alone
- Reliability and punctuality
- 5.6 weeks holiday (pro rata)

- Funded development – NVQ 2, 3 and further training, internal promotions are encouraged and supported
